Terms of service

Using this website

The content on this site is for general information. It isn't a guarantee of any particular result for your business.

Services

Each engagement is covered by a written scope or proposal that sets out deliverables, pricing and timelines. Where that scope differs from these terms, the scope applies.

No guaranteed rankings

Search engines and ad platforms control their own rankings and policies. I don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, review removals or profile reinstatements.

Payments

Invoices are payable as stated in your proposal. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform and is separate from my fees.

Intellectual property

Content and designs created for you become yours once paid for in full, unless agreed otherwise. Tools, templates and processes I use remain mine.
